Nichole Arnold was born and raised in Sacramento and now lives in Davis with her family. With deep roots in both communities, she is dedicated to serving the people and neighborhoods she has long called home.

From a young age, Nichole learned the value of resilience and community support. As a child, she became involved with the Firefighters Burn Institute, a beloved Sacramento nonprofit serving burn survivors, first attending its summer camp and later returning as a counselor and volunteer. What began as a place of support grew into a lifelong commitment, and Nichole was honored as the Institute’s Volunteer of the Year in recognition of her dedication to giving back.
This spirit of service carries into Nichole’s life in Davis, where she has provided leadership with First 5 Yolo, served on the school site council, and contributed countless volunteer hours supporting local charities and family-centered programs. Together with her husband Will, former mayor of Davis, Nichole is deeply engaged in the civic and community life of Davis and Yolo County while raising their three children.
Nichole also brings experience as a small-business owner, having operated the beloved Davis shop Mother & Baby Source. For years, the store was a trusted destination for new parents seeking guidance, support, and essentials during one of life’s most important chapters. Nichole became known as someone families could count on, with a reputation built on care, trust, and personal service. That same dedication continues to guide her work in real estate, where she helps clients navigate another of life’s biggest milestones: buying or selling a home.
